Commerandi is led by Patrick Duffy, who has spent the last decade-plus inside the rooms where hotel commercial decisions actually get made.
He started on property with Chelsea Hotels and Viceroy, moved into corporate revenue leadership at SIXTY Hotels and Real Hospitality, then built the revenue function from zero at Mint House as it scaled aparthotels across US urban markets. Most recently, he ran the North American advisory practice at FLYR for Hospitality — an AI-native revenue platform — guiding operators through migrations off legacy systems and translating product capability into commercial results.

About the Business
Commerandi is an independent commercial advisory for hotels, aparthotels, and short-term rental operators. We come in when the next decision actually matters — a new opening that needs pricing, positioning, and a tech stack before doors swing. A portfolio whose RevPAR has plateaued and nobody can agree why. An RMS or PMS migration nobody on the team has the bandwidth or scar tissue to lead. A go-to-market for a brand that exists on paper but not yet in the market.
We work as an embedded partner — sitting with ownership and operating teams, making the calls alongside them, staying accountable for what happens after the deck closes. Not an outside voice lobbing recommendations over the wall.
